Calming effect- helps me to sleep at night…

This helps my mind from racing at night- sometimes I cannot seem to shut my mind off and this calms me down enough to sleep! I have taken them in the daytime as well and it really does just seem to control the anxiousness I get from time to time! It is definitely worth the try!
