I was looking high and low for a Magnesium L-threonate supplement. There are very few without Mag citrate, or contain something else that I can't take. I am on a sugar free diet and this has a perfect amount of sweetness. CHANGE NOTHING! I can’t live without this product, its perfect.

Take 1-2 Mood Chews at the start of each day or 20 minutes prior to a stressful situation. Chew for 20 seconds. You can take PYM as often as you need to but don't exceed more than 10 serving per day.

I was skeptical but when I tried these once, I noticed that a few hours went by and all the work I needed to do came easy to me. I also dont feel crazy hyped up or jittery like with nootropics. Just an extra edge on what I needed to get done. I liked the texture of the chew (not really a gummy)and a little sour was nice.

I really didn't expect to feel this focused without getting all hyped up and jittery. This product is really great if you want to remain calm but focused. And I promize you will feel energized just in a better way. You have to chew it for a minute but I really like the tartness of the taste.
They were not chews, they were rock hard and more of a deeper brown. I really wanted them, but I had to just cancel my subscriptions. Such a shame.
