Mood B Completely noticeably difference in my days!
For quite some time, I've struggled with brain fog, fatigue and trouble focusing throughout the day. I eat fairly well, exercise daily, am proactive with a mindfulness routine, though I still feel off usually. Over the years, I've also struggled with mental health issues, so as everything meshes together, low vibes ensue. A friend turned me onto PYM Mood B complete, as well as the Magnesium and Mood Chews. I've been taking the Mood B complete in the morning with breakfast daily, and the Magnesium nightly, and actually have noticed quite a big difference in alertness, calmness, productivity and energy. I'd always crap out by 2:00 PM at work, though lately have found myself able to go past 5, and still have the zest to go to the gym after work. I believe adding these supplements into my routine, has truly made a change in my day-to-day wellbeing. I'll be ordering again once I run out.
