I have been dealing w low grade anxiety since I’m 15 yo, but it has just this last month developed to a completely unmanageable daily battle; I’ve not been able to work and feel completely debilitated and helpless. I’ve tried journaling, positive self talk, Calm magnesium powder, melatonin, prayer, calming apps, but I must tell you- my mom bought Mood Chews yesterday and after taking 1 this morning, I feel the lowest anxiety I have felt in one month. It seems to be the one standalone thing that works. I am writing this in a calm, low anxiety moment to say thank you, thank you, thank you. I could cry right now; I won’t but instead I’ll just order more and keep taking them. (If you want me to do a tv commercial for PYM, I’d be happy to;)
