Great nighttime routine, sleeping better than ever

I randomly picked this supplement up at the store, and am so glad I did. I drink the Yuzu Citrus flavor at night in lieu of a dessert, and the taste is great and I truly feel relaxed after! My sleep has been much deeper and I’ve been dreaming more, so I think it’s supporting my REM sleep. It’s a much nicer way to take magnesium supplements than a pill, and the other ingredients are a great combo.

Why 5 Stars?

First of all I rarely give out 5 star reviews on anything because I’m sure there’s always room for improvement in most products. But PYM Mood Magnesium gets full 5 stars rating from my family. I began with one bottle and three people (one a friend) in my household tried it and every single one of us said same thing. Slept well through the night, had fantastic dreams, no fitful muscle issues, and if we woke up for anything we went right back to sleep. And no hangover the next day. I love this product.
