Take it and forget it.
I really like the newer mood chews better. The flavor is good. These really chase away my anxiety fairly quick and I usually only need 2or 3 per incident. When I feel the anxiety coming on I take 2 and then about an hour later, I take another for good measure. I end up forgetting that I was even anxious, hours later. Before I started w/PYM Mood Chews my anxiety would be through the roof and take most of the day to get settled (breath exercise, taking a walk, listening to calming tones, etc.). Now I take it and forget about it.
