I bought these for my oldest son who struggles with social anxiety. It has helped him a great deal when he needs to interact with companies and businesses that used to make him too anxious to interact. He takes them every day as the literature suggests, but also uses them when he anticipates an anxious situation upcoming.

He convinced me that I should try them before I have to do presentations, and he was right. They taste nice, they don't have any negative effects, and they just take the edge off of the nervousness I feel prior to the presentation. I think they're great!

The cubes are hard and not chewable at all. More like a sucker candy. I do like how my body is responding to the product. I am less uptight and have been sleeping through the night!!
