This stuff has worked for me for all kinds of situations!

I have used PYM since my dad almost died last year, and now through my moms stage 3B cancer and then for smaller things like work and anxious days. It really works for me. Even just one, but two for bigger events. I recommend them to everyone I know! The four star is for the inconsistencies in the gummies. Sometimes they’re one shape than another, sometimes they’re hard and then others soft, sometimes extra oily. But they’re always worth it!

I typically purchase gummy vitamins and citrus is always my go to flavor for any chewable supplement. Unfortunately, the flavor of these chews along with the after taste were not well received by my tastebuds. This prevented me from getting a proper read on whether it improved my mood. I did however, give them to a friend who reported she loved the taste and experienced a feeling of relaxation about 30 min after taking just one.
